Pisgah Crater (aerial)

A 400' aerial view overlooking Pisgah Crater in the Lavic Lake Volcanic Field near Ludlow, California.  The cinder cone is roughly 2,000-50,000 years old w/ no reliable date available.  It has been mostly dissected by mining & had a former elevation of 2,638 feet before being reduced to 2,545 feet.  A number of lava tubes exist w/in the lava flow.
