نمایشگاه انفرادی نقاشی " ارغوان بروجنی" با عنوان " دومین ضیافت " دی 1402 گالری شیرین
Born in 1367 in Borujen, Arghavan graduated in painting from Nishabour Art University with a bachelor’s degree and later pursued a master’s degree at Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran.
Currently, she is engaged in both painting and teaching at Pars University and Tehran Art University.
Arghavan, also a judge in various art events, is a member of the Iranian Painters Association. Recently adopting the artistic name Arghavan Borujeni, she continues her active participation in the art community by hosting her third solo exhibition at Shirin Gallery.
Her new collection, carries the perennial elements from her previous series titled “ Celebration”.
The initial interpretation of the framed image is a celebration. Whether it is ongoing or concluded remains uncertain.
Chairs remain, plates and cups are mute and bewildered, as if no one has ever been there—or someone has completed the feast.
Through minimal depictions of abstract elements, the painter aims to narrate the main theme more pleasantly for the audience.
Arghavan describes her new collection, saying,
“They had made our world and then invited us to its celebration..
Somewhere between earth and sky; Somewhere in timelessness and as if every story was a role in the boundless sea..
The celebration was an illusion and fiction and many questions. desirable fiction!”

Welcome to Earth! It's a planet having an iron core, with two-thirds of its surface covered by water. Earth orbits a local star called the Sun, the light of which generates the food supply for all the millions of species of life on earth. The dominant species on Earth is the human being, and you're one of the six billion of them! Humans have iron in their blood, and their bodies are composed of two-thirds water, just like the planet they live on. The physical composition of the Earth, its people and everything on it contains an electro-magnetic field which is not yet fully understood. Theories and legends about the origin of Earth, people and life itself abound, however they are not commonly discussed. The bulk of earth's people spend their time immersed in daily activities, leaving the big questions for later. "Who are we? Where did we come from? Where are we going? How will we get there?" Many religions and philosophies have attempted to answer these questions over the years, but so far none has given an answer that everyone on the planet can accept. In contrast to all the disagreement, the similarities among people on earth are far, far greater than any differences. Welcome again to Earth! Enjoy your stay, and try to stay calm.
