It is a small, Middle Age fortress, established 6 km to the northeast of Namrun Fortress. It is a typical rectangular fortress with four turrets. In this respect, it resembles the other Sinap Fortress around Çandır. Being in close proximity with Namrun Fortress and at the junction of a two strategically important roads, this place was probably used as a garrison. Unlike the Sinap in Çandır, this one is a three-storey structure. There is a blank inscription plate on top of the entrance hall located on the southern face of the building.
