This viewpoint with stunning views of the surrounding alps is on the top of Stanserhorn, a 1898m high mountain close to Lucerne in Switzerland.  The viewpoint provides views, from left to right starting at the building/restaurant, of the mountain of Pilatus, the city of Lucerne, lake Lucerne and Rigi. Far away, you can also see a glimpse of lake Zug and the city of Zug. On the opposite side, and moving further to the right, you can see the snow-covered mountains Titlis, Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and many other surrounding mountains in Central Switzerland.
