Stirling Castle Great Hall

Stirling Castle Great Hall is a banqueting hall that was built for James IV in 1503 and is the largest ever built in Scotland. The Great Hall was used for banquets and feasts and most famously used to hold a banquet for the baptism of Prince Henry, the son of King James IV. The highlight of the banquet was a wooden ship where seafood was served to the guests.
