Stoer Head lighthouse

Stoer Head is a remote peninsula in Sutherland, North West Scotland. The lighthouse was built in 1870 by David and Thomas Stevenson of the Stevenson family, who as successive generations of chief engineers of the Northern Lighthouse Board, were responsible for constructing the majority of Scotland's lighthouses.
