Every two years the GP Mutschellen takes place. The idea is to give owners of vintage race cars the opportunity to drive their vehicles without having to visit an official race track. More than 300 cars and motorcycles participate. In the paddock the spectators can walk around and have a very close look at the cars.
On the picture you see a Bugatti T59 50B (329) from 1936 with 4500 ccm and 420 HP (!), with driver Jürg Schiffmann, and a Maserati 8CM (332) from 1933 with 3000 ccm and 270 HP, driver Kurt Hasler. Across the street there are the MG K1 (330) from 1933 with 1275 ccm and 120 HP of Urs Schweinfurth and the Buick C8 Racing Car from 1939 with 4200 ccm and 300 HP, driver Franz Schumacher.
