East Ice Cave - east passage [2]

Inside East Ice Cave, a lava tube located in a deep collapse pit south of Medicine Lake, California.  The cave has two directions to go, this passage is the east passage which is predominantly a crawl over an ice floor & low ceiling, emerging into this open room with some nice ice formations.  The ice floor is about 100 feet in length w/ a thin layer of water - the summer heat outside is slowly melting away the interior formations.  The ice floor angles & ends to which a breakdown passage continues about 150 feet to a dead end.
