The intersection of Artema St and Bohdana Khmelnyckoho Ave

Donetsk - is a dynamic city that focused not only industry, but also cultural values.

Originally called Donetsk Yuzivka in honor of the founder - businessman John Hughes. Then the city called Stalin, and only in 1961 it acquired its present name.

Inhabited these lands Cossacks (Don) in the 17th century. In 1869, a businessman who came here started construction of a metallurgical plant with a small village. In 1917 Yuzivka received city status. In April 1978 the population exceeded one million.

Who is this gorgeous city and color developing: building new homes, restoration of theaters, museums, the appearance of fountains ... and of course the roses! A lot of roses!
