The ruins of St Bridget's Kirk

St. Bridget’s Kirk is a ruinous medieval church overlooking the Firth of Forth. It was founded in the 1170s with worship arranged by the Augustinian Canons of nearby Inchcolm Abbey. It survived the Protestant Reformation of 1560 by being converted for Protestant worship but was finally abandoned in 1830.
