This is a landmark building called due to its characteristic form "The Sungate" (Polish: "Brama Słońca"). It's a residential building with a library in the ground floor. It was built in 1979 according to a design of Zdzisław Łojewski in conceptual cooperation with Kazimierz Wejchert. The building is considered to be an icon of Tychy.
