'When the city sleeps' is a panorama that was taken right before sunrise on the Noordereiland in Rotterdam. Early morning, during holidays the city becomes a quiet place where only the buildings live. Talking about the technical side of this image: It was taken from a captive balloon with a remote controlled Sony NEX5 and an 8mm fisheye lens.
