Image captured 7/25/2015 on a 5 day trek through the southern Sierra Nevada range in California. Deadman Canyon was an unplanned side trip for us, but proved to be well worth the trip. The wildflowers were in full swing this trip, giving a colorful carpet to the astounding terrain in the High Sierra.
