In the theme of “Light”, the Urban Spotlight with a series of creative and artistic paths in public areas was collaboratively designed by 9 local artists in Kaohsiung.The Urban Spotlight is a green “lung” of Kaohsiung at daytime.When the sun sets, there are colorful lightings on the ground and the art installations capture the attention of all.The outdoor café in the park is full of romantic flavors, and there are bands performing in the plaza.Furthermore, it is the first in Taiwan to provide 24-hour wireless Internet access for free, turning Kaohsiung into the most modernized e-City in southern Taiwan.
