The observatory on the Kreuzbergl was founded in 1965 and placed on top of the old outlook tower. High above the City, the observatory offers both a magnificant view over the city and to the stars. Under its 4.2m dome, the Observatory features a Coude-refractor with 3000mm focal lenght.
