Clonmacnoise, Ireland. North view
Ireland

Superb set of buildings that includes on the enclosure several churches, a castle, towers, three great celtic crosses, an old graveyard and the interesting visitors' center. Its origin is dated from VIth century, established by St.Kiaran. During X to XVIIth centuries the place became almost a small village with wooden houses, but nowadays they have disappeared at all.

Believe me, fantastic place to go...it's a must.
