Centre culturel abrité dans l’ancien palais de justice, un édifice néoclassique achevé en 1907. Son architecture rappelle celle d’une gare française. AL’espace regroupe aujourd’hui les ateliers artistiques du Service Municipal d’Actions Culturelles.
