The Piedra River has carved for centuries, in the rugged territory through which it runs, extraordinary landscapes typical of a Far West film. The Monasterio de Piedra is the best known, but there are other places, such as the gorges sickles that form in the vicinity of the Aragonese town of Aldehuela de Liestos, that captivate for their beauty and spectacularity.
