云南一直持续干旱，今年虽然没有象去年一样宣传太多，可是今年显然比去年要更干旱，这个季节本应该是水库水位比较高的蓄水期，在寻甸县北大营的花沟水库我还是看到一个个干涸的库塘，询问了当地村民，他们说本地的老人都没见过花沟的水干过，很显然他们很些担忧，不知道明年、后年会怎样。
我来到水库干涸的湖底的时候，有一只很大的不知名的鸟正把一条鱼从水里捕获上来，看到我的出现，它飞走了，这个所剩无几的水里，基本上也没什么鱼了，从北方过来过冬的鸟很可能也会饿肚子。
