Wild mustangs are seen roaming below the Butte Spring Hills in northwestern Nevada.  They were keeping cool near Big Hog Ranch Creek & then were headed en masse up into the hills in different groups.  About 72,000 mustangs are thought to exists in the United States, about half of them found here in Nevada alone.
