O Rio Tamanduá é um dos maiores afluentes do Rio Jacaré Pepira. Atravessa a Fazenda formando uma bela e extensa corredeira-lajeado de pedra de mais de 200m. O lugar ideal para nadar, escorregar e curtir uma ducha natural.
O percurso até as corredeiras é um passeio divertido e agradável, feito através de uma caminhada (cerca de 700m) por estrada de fácil acesso que não apresenta grandes dificuldades e é recomendado para qualquer idade. O passeio para a Areia que Canta e Corredeiras é acompanhado por monitores e leva em torno de 2 horas. Recomenda-se roupa de banho e tênis.
