U 995 was used during the Second World War German submarine type VII C/41 of the former Kriegsmarine. It was put into service in September 1943 and completed nine patrols. After the war U 995 went as a test and training boat KNM Kaura in the possession of the Norwegian Navy. In 1965, the return to Germany, on 2 October 1971, the official transfer, and since March 13, 1972, the submarine is a museum ship at the foot of the Naval Memorial in Laboe.

In his traverses across the lands he caused there to be the Mulheim Bridge in Cologne, as did he make the Mercury fountain, Mercury being of his nature.But it is to the mighty Thor that the Hammering Man gives service.Between the time of the Nordic old ones and that of modern Frankfort there may have been a T.Rex or two on the scene.
