A Dry Valley near Malham on the Pennine Way in the Yorkshire Dales. VR
England

This image has been re-mastered for Virtual Reality using a suitable viewer.

A Dry Valley is a valley that does not have a river or stream flowing through it. They are usually found in limestone or chalk areas. This one terminates round the corner on the right at Malham Cove which must have been, hundreds of thousands of years ago, a magnificent waterfall equal to Niagara Falls.
