The windmill that is the entrance to the Founders Park has its own history, not profitable but certainly colourful. Here you can find out the range of activities on show on any one day, from train rides to "old style" baking. The restaurant in the middle of the village is a "must stop" for a cooling drink or a full meal- mine was as good as anywhere else in Nelson.
