Praça de Camões represents the center of the historic center of Chaves, where we have several buildings of relevance, such as the Igreja Matriz and Igreja da Misericórdia, Paços do Concelho, Pelourinho, and the statue of D. Afonso I Conde de Barcelos and founder of Casa de Bragança.
