Out on the grounds of Collegial de Neuchâtel is a round "lookout" from which you can get a fairly nice panorama view including the lake and hillside. North of that lookout is where this pano was taken, above the stone bridge that connects the church to the park. Directly under the park, on the streets below, you will find the Rlle William-Mayor tunnel. And north of the park you'll find a sprawling hillside cut in two by the train linking Zurich and Geneva, surrounded by many houses and businesses overlooking the lake.
