Once the original Gatehouse to the Mohonk Mountain House, this trail leads to what is now a private residence. You can picture the horse drawn carriages long ago passing along this old road and working their way up to the Mountain House. In the distance, you can see Sky Top tower, which overlooks the lake and hotel itself.
