Travertine Hot Springs are located just outside Bridgeport, California w/ nice views of the Sierra Nevada across the valley.  There are numerous pools & areas of emitting steam, making them noticeable to spot on this nice cold winter day.  A popular access to soak in, most of the main sites were in use however this one section shows the springs in the natural form coming from below the surface.  Around the springs are large uplifted outcroppings of travertine (onyx).
