Pokajnica is located in the district of the old village 3 km south of Velika Plana. Wooden church built by the 1818th. Its occurrence was interpreted as an act of repentance, by which the church got its name.
In the courtyard is a wooden bell tower and residence, probably from the time of construction of the church, with wooden bars on the windows. As Mir Pokajnica church was used until 1954. when it was turned into a monastery.
