Qooqqut is an abandonned sheepfarm in a scenic appendix to the Nuuk fiord.
It has for many years been a retreat for the population in Nuuk and is home to summerhouses and huts.
One of the few "wildernessrestaurants" in Greenland is situated in Qooqqut and is open in the summermonths.
The fiord is also home to the northernmost plantation of the Greenland Arboret with spruce, pine and larch not native to Greenland.
