Professional Services Municipal Administration, Public Utility Company "Progress", Department of Urban Planning and Construction and Organization of Tourism, Culture and Sport last month worked on the project proposals that apply to public call for the budget which is the 2008th year rapisala NIP Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. In the selection of proposals took into account the strategic goals of development and improvement of tourist Sokobanja and municipal infrastructure, as well as a clear strategy to create a favorable environment for investments.

Sokobanja Municipality has applied the following projects:

1st Rehabilitation of existing landfills in Sokobanja
2nd Construction of the primary gas pipeline from the highway E75 to Sokobanja
3rd Organization of excursion paths and picnic areas
4th Reconstruction of street lighting in Sokobanja
5th Reconstruction and upgrading of facilities for waste water and the city's main sewer
6th Rehabilitation and reconstruction of streets in Sokobanja
7th Rehabilitation of local roads - Municipality Sokobanja
8th Building a school gymnasium in Sokobanja
9th Restoration of the medieval city Sokograd and construction of primary infrastructure
10th Construction of sports and recreation complex Podina
11th Upgrading the facility VRTIC BUCKO Children's facilities in Sokobanja
12th The construction of bypass roads in the city Sokobanja
13th Tourist Information System - Sokobanja

NIP Office, in addition to the 13 proposals submitted by municipalities Sokobanja, be taken into consideration are 4 projects related to Sokobanja, and which konkurisano through the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Agency of Eastern Serbia - RARIS.
