One of my favourite viewpoints of downtown Toronto. At the southeast corner of University and Queen is the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, Toronto's new home of the Canadian Opera Company and the National Ballet of Canada. The buildings behind rising into the sky are (from left) the Sheraton Centre, Bay Adelaide Centre (mostly hidden), Scotia Plaza, First Canadian Plaza and the Hilton hotel. Also in the picture are Queen's Park, Ontario's Legislative Building (at the at the northern end of University Ave), Ontario's Superior Court of Justice (north-east) and Toronto City Hall (east). The big statue is the South African War Memorial. The panorama was taken in front of the Canada Life Building.
