The windmill in the village of Nazarovka was built over 100 years ago. This is the only surviving windmill in the Altai Region. Parts of the mill mechanism and millstones have been partially preserved. Unfortunately, officially windmill is not an object of cultural heritage. Locals take care of the mill as best they can.
The panorama shows how the architect Alexander Dering makes measurements of the mill in order to make an attempt to register it as an architectural monument.
