The Place of San Jorge located in the heat of heart of the walled enclosure of Cáceres, is framed by the church of San Francisco Javier, the house of the Yearling calf, a group of tourist stores and the tower of the palace of the Golfines de Abajo.
In the stairs from ascent to the church, a mounted figure of San Jorge is in a hornacina, landlord of the city, ending the dragoon.
