Muotathal
Switzerland

The Muota river valley. We found it while out driving, looking for photo ops. At the end of the valley is Glatalp, where the coldest temperature ever recorded in Switzerland was made on February 7, 1991 at -52.5 (-62.5 F!). Unofficial, because no one lived there. (As described in Google Earth, translated from German).
