Sonar Kila - The Golden Fortress No matter what have you heard about this golden city, nothing can quite prepare you for the sheer magical view from this highest point in the city. Mounted atop Trikuta, the almost triangular triple-peaked hill, the fort rises 250 feet tall, and is reinforced by an imposing crenellated sandstone wall 30 feet high.
