This statue of Sylvester Stallone's mythic pugilist, near the Philadelphia Museum of Art, draws a steady stream of visitors.  Some get no closer to the Museum than this, but many, emulating Rocky, next run up the huge stone stairway to the Museum's plaza -- and then run down again.
