It is located right by the road in the Sarışıh site of Çukurbağ Neighborhood, 45-50 km to the north of Tarsus. A vaulted entrance was added to the caravanserai, which had an arched gateway. Rough face stones were used in the construction of the rectangular-shaped caravanserai. As it was once used as a soda production facility, the structure lost its originality. This caravanserai is built on an east-west axis. Walls in the east and west have small, rectangular windows, and the building has eight arches. Different materials used in the external walls indicate that the building was repaired in different periods. Khorasan mortar was used in the construction. The genuine stone roof cover was later filled with concrete. The building, which also has a small fountain by it, is assumed to have been built during the Anatolian Beylikhs.
