Collado de Llesba (also called Mirador del Oso) is a viewpoint at an elevation of 1,680 m above the sea level, located in the Picos de Europa, a mountain range of Northern Spain. The paved dead end road to the viewpoint, with a length of 2km, starts in Puerto de San Glorio.
The surface of the road is asphalted, and chains or snow tyres can be required throughout the year. The viewpoint is located on the border between Cantabria and Castile and León. It is a mostly flat paved road going less than 2 km from the Glorio pass.
The drive is definitely worth it. Don’t forget your camera! Collado de Llesba is a very popular place to visit to get an exceptional view of the Picos de Europa from the east. There is a bear statue nearby that seem popular with visitors.
