People come here in the summer to have a picnic on the grass, bask or hang on the bridge that is situated below Junibacken. From here you have a very beautiful view of Stockholm, Strandvägen and all the boats. In Galärparken are in addition to Junibacken, Vasa Museum, and the popular bar and restaurant Josefina. There is also the Park Theatre, which since the 1940s commanded Stockholmers on a hundred theater, concerts and dance performances, always with free admission. Park Theatre's season runs from June through August.
