Dmitry Nesmelov has been engaged in photography since 2001. His first personal exhibition took place in St. Petersburg at the Borey Gallery in 2007. As one of the organizers, from 2006 to 2014 he held the photo biennale SmenaWorld. Since 2010, Dmitry has been expanding the range of his techniques - in addition to traditional film photography, he has been doing collage panoramic photography and working with discarded negatives. Since 2022, Dmitry Nesmelov has been living and working in Armenia, where several of his exhibitions took place, including at the Aslamazyan Sisters Gallery (Gyumri) and Artkvartal (Yerevan). The 360 panoramas presented here are made using the traditional technique of stitched digital photographs.
