伪满国务院旧址位于长春解放大路与新民大街交汇处的东南角，正门朝西，平面呈“王”字形。主楼5层，两翼楼4层，1楼为半地下室，另有地下室1层。正中6层塔楼是当时长春最高建筑。塔楼重檐下，每面以4根圆柱立于墙外，楼顶铺棕色硫璃瓦，外墙贴咖啡色瓷砖。门厅用2根方柱和4根变径园柱撑顶。伪满国务院曾下设民政、外交、军政、财政、实业、交通、司法等7个部，1932年7月15日将民政部文教司单设为文教部，从此共８个部。1945年东北光复，旧址被美蒋特务组织励志社占用。1948年长春解放，旧址由解放军军医大学接管，该校移交地方后改称白求恩医科大学，最终并入吉林大学，现由基础医学部使用该组楼。
