The Greyhound Mill, or ’De Windhond’ is an historic corn mill located on Molenweg in the town of Soest. The mill was built in 1737, and was in use until 1924. In 1930, the mill was almost completely demolished. In 2006, a Foundation was set up to re-build the mill. The Greyhound Mill is open to the public, and there is a visitor’s centre which is open every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
