Located in Canyonlands National Park, From here you get a great view of Mesa Arch, Buck Canyons, the Washer Woman Arch and Monster tower. This to me is the best site to view Sunrise but better get there early beacuse you'll have a line of other Photographers trying to get a sunrise shot.
