We are standing on the Nydeggbrücke (Nydegg bridge) which is located at the almost easterly point of the old town of Bern. The bridge crosses the river Aare (Aar). This river was the natural protection of the city during the Middle Ages. On the other shore of the river you can see the BärenPark (bear park). The buildings under the bridge are located in the Mattequartier (Matte district). The church with the cooper roof in our back is the Nydeggkirche (Nydegg church).
Recorded using a Samyang 8 mm fish-eye lens on a Nikon D90.
