At the Spalding Flower Festival in Lincolnshire Alan Pell demonstrates a couple of his pipe organs while Mrs. Pell, the organ grinder, churns out a rousing medley. They encode the tunes by punching holes in rolls of paper: A sort of century old MIDI technology.
