One of the most popular events on the northeast coast, the Fulong Sand Sculpture Festival, will take place from May 5 to June 24 at Fulong Beach! The organizer, the Tourism Bureau’s Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area Administration and sponsor, the Fullon Hotel, will hold the Sand Sculpture Creativity Competition May 19-20 to nurture more sand art talent and whip up public interest in sand art.
