El Castillo de San Servando es una de las mejores obras de arquitectura militar mudéjar de España. Fue utilizada en diferentes épocas para defender la confluencia de caminos que accedían al puente y como fortaleza de defensa militar de la ciudad, por lo que fue objeto de numerosos destrozos y en la actualidad se encuentra muy restaurada.
