12 hours the City was shot on 10th June 2015, from 6:30am until 6:30pm.

The location was Indira Gandhi and Mosque Street, downtown Dar es Salaam.

The location was chosen because the structure in the centre of the image, is my favourite building in the city. The images were shot to bring attention to the destruction of historic buildings in Dar es Salaam.
