Foot & Walker Pass in Anza Borrego Desert State Park is on the historic Butterfield Overland stage route. The rough and rocky incline trail section required passengers to get out and walk the stretch, hence the name. A memorial on the north side of Blair Valley parks the spot. The pass separated Little Blair Valley from Blair Valley.
